Vero Capital — Building since 2007

Community
is not an
amenity.
It is the product.

We build spaces where people belong. Where they make friends, form clubs, take pride in where they live and work and play. That energy is the asset.

"

When I walk into Ballers or 3700M, I never want to leave. New people showing up, not knowing who we are, and within minutes they feel it. They’re playing, laughing, making friends. That energy is everything we set out to build.

They chose us over every other option. That is a privilege. We have to deliver.

What drives us
It is a privilege for people to choose us.
They pay. They show up. They give us their time.
Time is the most valuable thing anyone has.
We owe them something memorable.
Every building. Every community. Every court, lobby, and common space. This is the standard we hold ourselves to — in Dallas, Philadelphia, Boston, Scottsdale, and everywhere we go next.
The name
Cordavero
Tel Aviv, Israel

My grandfather owned a property on Cordavero Street in Tel Aviv. He bought it when the neighborhood was depressed — and invested for the long term. That property became a gathering place for our family across generations. Summers in Israel, memories built around a place someone cared enough to hold.

Vero means truth. The name is a tribute to that story — and a promise. We invest with a long horizon, we build for people, and we take care of the things we own.

Every platform we have built carries that same belief: the right space, held with care, becomes something people love.

Abby and
Caroline.
Everything we build is ultimately for the next generation — for the communities they will inherit, and for the daughters who remind me each day why any of this matters. The firm is named for family. The work is done for the same reason.
Family & Partners

The Bassichis family has always built things together. Dr. Ben Bassichis, double board-certified facial plastic surgeon and founder of Advanced Facial Plastic Surgery in Dallas, and Dr. Karen Saland, founder of Saland Vision in Dallas, are partners in both family and in the communities we build. Their belief in health, wellness, and the long-term investment in people runs through everything we do.

The thesis

The community flywheel.

When residents and members show up, they create energy. That energy attracts the right partners — fitness brands, restaurants, nonprofits, corporations. The right partners elevate the experience. A better experience generates buzz, social media, and word of mouth. And that brings more people. The flywheel keeps spinning — but only if the team is listening, curating, and caring every single day.

01
People arrive
Residents, members, and guests show up and create real energy on the ground.
02
Partners connect
Fitness brands, restaurants, nonprofits, and corporates want to be part of the community.
03
Experience elevates
The right partnerships create programming, rituals, and moments that can't be found elsewhere.
04
Buzz builds
Great experiences generate social media, word of mouth, and organic demand.
05
Value compounds
Retention improves, occupancy holds, and the asset becomes more valuable over time.
"This can't happen without the team — their execution, their caring, their willingness to listen and curate the right programming and rituals."
The flywheel is a framework. But what actually makes it spin is people on the ground who care. Our team at Vero Residential, Inisio, Ballers, and Fitler Club are not property managers. They are community builders. They monitor, listen, adapt, and always improve. That culture of caring is what separates a building from a place people love.

We have the community.
Brands want in.

Across Ballers, Vero Residential, Inisio, and Fitler Club, we have built communities of engaged, loyal, health-conscious people. They show up. They participate. They trust the brands their community endorses.

We are always looking for the right partners — brands, nonprofits, and corporations who want to be embedded in something real. Not advertising. Partnership.

Let's talk partnership

A resident started a poker club. We just showed up.
This is what community looks like when it's real. We didn't create the poker club. A resident did. We created the conditions — the space, the programming, the trust — and they did the rest.
